The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is an organization dedicated to empowering women to pursue an education in engineering and achieve their full potential in an engineering career.  SWNext is an extension of SWE that allows students to join SWE.  The SWENext @ OLLA offers our students networking opportunities, access to SWE engineers for mentorship, skill building through engineering competitions, and community outreach service projects.
